This unique 256 bit portable encrypted device provides the working tools for employees to advocate for themselves. It includes interactive forms, instruction, and resources. Presenteeism (sick employees who come to work instead of staying at home) costs $180 billion annually. Absenteeism (when the employee does not report to work) costs $118 billion annually. MyConcierge will give employees the necessary resources to not worry about their health & wellness while at work. MyConcierge is a team of professionals with industry expertise that are available to assist you with any support as you navigate the healthcare system. MyPatient Advocate is a service for individuals who have found themselves “lost” or “stuck in” the healthcare maze. Our certified patient advocates teach patients how to negotiate bills, resolve medical and billing errors, and research physicians and procedures.
